The Methodology

Since starting in 2007, our aim has been to support individuals in exploring their hidden talents and strengths using verified Psychometric Assessments and Behavioural Methods. People Behind Pravarra:

Suresh Kumar Talupuru is a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach, with extensive experience of 32 years in Human Resource, Learning & Development, IT, Logistics and Telecom industries. He has undertaken various management roles during his tenure with corporate houses.
Sujatha Suresh, LHH Certified International Career Transition Coach, has done Behavioural Training for multiple IT, Power, Manufacturing and Pharma companies. She has invested in Learning & Development by contributing 25 years of service in the field of Training and Education. Both have undergone the Empretec / UNCTAD workshop on Entrepreneurship Development.

Together, Suresh and Sujatha built PRAVARRA to be an ethical grounded organization. They apply established & certified methods from Behavioural Science, Executive Coaching, Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry.
